Quotations
A quotation states the model, the configuration, the price basis, the lead time and the validity period. Anything not stated is not included.
Samples
Samples are supplied for evaluation and are not for resale unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Tooling, drawings and firmware created for a customer project are addressed in the project agreement, not in these terms.
Liability
Our hardware is supplied for the application stated in the quotation. Suitability for a different application, or for local certification not named in the quotation, is not implied.
